Novus Opus provides AI-powered productivity and automation tools, including:

• Otto: AI computer control and automation assistant
• Podcaster: AI-powered podcast production and editing tools
• Product Lint: AI code review and analysis platform
• Additional services as released

While we strive for high quality, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated based on patterns in training data and may not always be accurate
• Our Services should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions
• You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before use
• Performance may vary based on complexity of requests

2.2 Output Rights

• You own the rights to specific outputs generated for you
• We retain rights to underlying AI technology and improvements
• You may not claim AI-generated content as human-created
• Commercial use rights depend on your subscription plan

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

• Generate harmful, malicious, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Exceed usage limits or automate access without permission
• Create competing AI services using our technology

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain account security
• One account per user unless explicitly authorized

3.2 User Conduct

• Follow all usage guidelines and documentation
• Respect rate limits and fair use policies
• Report any security vulnerabilities
• Do not share accounts or access credentials

4. Service-Specific Terms

4.1 Otto

• Computer control permissions must be explicitly granted
• You are responsible for actions taken using automation
• Backup critical data before using automation features
• Monitor automated processes appropriately

4.2 Podcaster

• Ensure you have rights to all uploaded content
• AI-generated voices must be disclosed appropriately
• Respect content guidelines and copyright laws
• Backup original recordings before editing

4.3 Product Lint

• Code analysis results are suggestions only
• Maintain security of your source code
• Review all suggested changes before implementation
• Follow secure coding practices

5. Legal Terms

5.1 Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We specifically disclaim:

• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Fitness for specific purposes
• Uninterrupted service
• Compatibility with your systems

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months
• We're not liable for any indirect damages
• Each party's total liability is capped at $1000
• Claims must be filed within one year

5.3 Disputes

• Governed by laws of Delaware, United States
• Disputes resolved by binding arbitration
• Class action waiver applies
• Each party bears its own legal costs
